How to Exchange
Have quality items you’re ready to pass along? Here’s how our exchange process works. We carefully review each item for brand, condition, and seasonality. Our goal is to keep the sales floor curated and stocked with high-quality pieces for the everyday person.

Check Availability
Before bringing items in, please call ahead or check our social media to confirm we are currently accepting inventory. Intake may pause during peak seasons or when space is limited.

Bring In Clean, In-Season Items
We accept freshly laundered, gently-used items that are in season, on-trend, and in excellent condition. Items must be free of stains, tears, and excessive wear. Quality brands are preferred.

Item Review & Payment
Items are reviewed in-store, and we select pieces that best fit our floor. Immediate payment is provided for accepted items. For unselected pieces, see our community outreach process.

Process with Purpose
Unselected Items
Not every item brought in will be selected, as acceptance is based on current inventory needs, condition, and seasonality.
If items are not chosen, you will have the option to take them back with you or allow us to donate them locally on your behalf through our community outreach partnerships.
We are not able to hold unclaimed items, so any pieces left behind will be directed through our local donation process.
Our goal is to ensure quality items continue serving families in our community whenever possible.
